An official who accessed Rocío Carrasco's sexist violence file is acquitted when the accusation is withdrawn. The woman sat in the dock this Tuesday and faces an initial sentence of three and a half years in prison for a crime of discovery and disclosure of secrets.

The Prosecutor's Office has decided to withdraw the accusation, with which the court has acquitted the official with a declaration of costs of the trial. The public ministry has made this decision after other courts in the Community have acquitted other officials tried for the same facts and crime.
