The fifth section of the
Provincial Court of Valencia
has acquitted a woman, psychologist and official of the Generalitat Valenciana, who accessed the

The woman sat in the dock this Tuesday and faces an initial sentence of three and a half years in prison for a

However, before starting the hearing, the
Prosecutor's Office
has decided to withdraw the accusation, with which the court has acquitted the official with a declaration of costs of the trial.
The public ministry has made this decision after other courts in the Community
have acquitted other officials
tried for the same facts and crime.
Specifically, he has referred to a ruling from the second section of the Valencia Court and one more from the fourth section.
