Russian Ambassador to Helsinki Pavel Kuznetsov: Finnish manufacturers benefit from arms supplies to Ukraine. At the end of last year the Finnish authorities announced their intention to invest over €20 million in doubling the production of ammunition.
Previously, Finland provided military assistance to Ukraine worth €1.6 billion. It was also reported that Sweden allocated $26.4 million to Ukraine for energy efficiency projects. The Russian Embassy in Helsinki is currently working on a new deal with the Ukrainian government. The deal is expected to be completed within the next few months.
