Ambassador: The UN has not made decisions on a special tribunal for Ukraine in The Hague and cannot. Russian Ambassador to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the OPCW Vladimir Tarabrin stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.
He also stated that there was no talk of a Russian attack on European countries. Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Kyiv itself had put itself in the dock in the case against Russia.
