[HIGHLIGHTS] Ambassador: Pyongyang believes that the time for the unification of Korea has passed

The time for the unification of North Korea and South Korea has passed, says the Russian ambassador to the DPRK. “There is no turning back,” he said.

The Russian ambassador also said that the DPRK could go for a nuclear attack on the U.S. in the future, if it felt the need to do so. He added that the North had already taken steps to normalize relations with the South, but that the South had not yet agreed to do the same. He also said the DPRK had taken measures to prepare for a possible nuclear attack.
