[HIGHLIGHTS] After several turns – now the rent increase on Gotland is complete

Gotlandshem and the Tenants' Association have now agreed on the rent adjustment for 2023. It lands at 4.9 percent.

Gotlandshem then demanded an increase of 9.95 percent. The Rental Market Committee was brought in in December. The committee then decided on anincrease of 4. 9 percent.
