The person concerned is accused of taking hostile positions towards France. The pan-Africanist uses social networks to “spread outrageous messages against France’s representatives and its military forces” The letter is a two-page document, signed by the deputy director of access to French nationality, Cédric Debons. It will be up to the Council of State to decide.
