A victim of the 'PetaZetaz', investigated for spreading a sexual video of a young woman with one of them. A young man recorded her on July 1 while she was having consensual sexual relations in a portal.
The judge investigating this case questioned Hernán A. and the other young man, defended by the Paredes & Asociados Abogados firm, as investigated. They denied in both cases having spread the aforementioned video on the Instagram social network. One of them was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes of sexual assault, one crime of rape, exhibitionism, child pornography and five crimes against public health.
