The Investigating Judge number 52 of Madrid is investigating a victim of those known as the
PetaZetaz
for allegedly recording and disseminating a sexual video between a young woman and one of the 'influencers' last July, legal sources have informed Europa Press.
There are at least
eight complaints in court
related to these young people, arrested last January and being investigated by different courts in Madrid. They are being investigated for different cases of alleged sexual assaults on minors, whom they allegedly drugged to abuse in an apartment in Vallecas.
The 'PetaZetaz' took advantage of their popularity to attract girls who were attracted to their fame. They took the young women to the home of one of the detainees, where
they played games with narcotic substances
until they managed to annul his will.
The news comes after one of the girls accused one of the victims of an alleged crime of revealing secrets, a boy who was drugged and recorded with a flare on his buttocks when he was unconscious.
The girl maintains in the complaint, to which Europa Press had access, that this young man recorded her on July 1 while she was having consensual sexual relations in a portal with one of the members of 'PetaZetaz', spreading the video on social networks. .
The judge investigating this case questioned Hernán A. and the other young man, defended by the Paredes & Asociados Abogados firm, as investigated, this Thursday, denying in both cases having spread the aforementioned video on the Instagram social network.
The firm Paredes & Asociados Abogados defends several of the complainants and one of those investigated in this case, since he is a victim in another of the procedures.
'Modus Operandi'
Those arrested took advantage of their popularity to attract girls who were attracted to their popularity. They took the young women to the home of one of the detainees, where they played games with narcotic substances until they managed to annul his will.
They used their
mobile devices and security cameras
installed at home to record the sexual assaults. The investigation began last December, after receiving a complaint reporting that minors could be being sexually abused at a home in the Villa de Vallecas neighborhood.
The first complaints indicated that the alleged perpetrators could be two men who had
a very significant number of followers
on several channels on different digital platforms. After the investigations carried out, four possible victims were identified, all of them minors.
The victims stated that they accessed the home of one of the investigated people attracted by his fame on social networks. Once inside, he, along with his partner, began to consume different narcotic substances and offered them to them so that they could also consume them.
Recorded sexual assault
When the minors were under the influence of drugs, they took the opportunity to attack them and record sexual encounters, all
without them being aware of what was happening to them.
Finally, on January 24, a tracking device was established, which culminated in the arrest of these two men. One of them was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes of sexual assault, one crime of rape, exhibitionism, child pornography and five crimes against public health.
The second detainee is charged with the crime of sexual assault. At the time of accessing the home to carry out the corresponding search, the agents found another minor who had also been a victim of these events.
In addition, numerous electronic storage devices, different quantities of narcotic substances and two mobile phones were located. After being brought to justice, the immediate imprisonment of one of them was ordered.
