A Revolutionary Guard advisor was killed in an Israeli raid in Damascus. Syria announced that its air defense had intercepted Israeli missiles launched from the occupied Golan into southern Damascus.
There has been no official comment from Iran about the losses of the Israeli strike yet, nor did the Israeli army comment on the raid. On the other hand, Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that Israel launched an attack on the headquarters of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in the Sayyida Zeinab area near Damascus.
