A 48-year-old man died this afternoon at the Hospital de La Paz after receiving a stab wound to the heart during a robbery on the road to Ortigal in the Madrid district of Fuencarral. Before his death, the victim said that he had been the victim of a robbery.
It took about 30 minutes for health workers to reach the site due to difficult access for ambulances and medical vehicles on the ground. The man had a deep stab wound in the left hemithorax and had heavy bleeding.
