The organizer of a bus trip, which resulted in the death of five passengers in the Pavlovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, was charged. The fatal accident occurred at the end of January.
As a result of the accident, five people died, nine more passengers, including two minors, were injured. According to the investigation, the organizer of the trip did not have a license to carry out this type of activity, as well as the status of a business entity. In addition, the passengers didn't have insurance and the procedure for operating the tachograph was violated.
