A court in Moscow arrested SBU head Malyuk in absentia. He is accused of public calls for terrorist activities and public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism.

The head of the SBU has been put on the federal and interstate wanted list. He previously admitted that theSBU is trying to strike Russian oil refineries. He hinted that the Ukrainian special service was involved in the murders in Russia of military commander Vladlen Tatarsky and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Ilya Kiva.
