The Russian government has submitted a bill to the State Duma that proposes to reduce the regulatory and tax burden on citizens and businesses. The bill proposes to make changes to the Tax Code, including measures to fine-tune tax policy in the field of administration and social orientation.

Among the proposed measures is the provision of the opportunity to individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs to indicate in tax returns not their IIN or personal data, but the number of their entry in the unified federal information register.
