The bill proposes to make changes to the Tax Code, including measures to fine-tune tax policy in the field of administration and social orientation, as well as provisions aimed at supporting Russian business.
Among the proposed measures is the provision of the opportunity to individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs to indicate in tax returns not their IIN or personal data, but the number of their entry in the unified federal information register.
Russian President Vladimir Putin previously asked the State Duma and the government to present a set of proposals for modernizing the tax system in the near future, as well as to work out approaches to modernizing the fiscal system of Russia.
