Piteå resident Elisabeth Öberg Ölund, 80, lost her parking permit at the age of 80. She has since fought against various authorities to get the permit back.
In a judgment the administrative court now also rejects her request. "It's incredibly hard for me and my husband because I can't walk a metre on my own," she says. "I have received a new medical certificate from another doctor and I will appeal. I won't give up," she adds.
