A 25-year-old man was shot dead at Lyckans Höjd in Kristianstad. Now a 17- year-old boy has been convicted of the murder.
The three men charged with inciting and aiding and abetting murder are acquitted. The boy, who has turned 17 since the murder, is sentenced to juvenile detention for two years and ten months. He confessed to the murder – but took all the blame and said that no one else induced him to murder.
