138 mainland universities will recruit Hong Kong students from March 1. Applicants must log in to the Hong Kong Diploma Examination Admissions and Registration website of the Joint Admissions Office.
The Ministry of Education has entrusted the Office for the Joint Recruitment of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Students of General Universities of the People's Republic of China to be responsible for online registration and review. The Education Bureau of the SAR, in collaboration with the Exchange Center and the Hok Yau Society, have jointly published the "Guidelines for Mainland Higher Education Institutions to Recruit Hong Hong Diploma of Secondary Education Students"
