Du Gang is chairman of the Wudaohezi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Professional Cooperative in Haolibao Town, Zhalaite Banner, Xing'an League. He has actively applied modern agricultural technology to drive farmers to diversify and grow good grains.

In 2022, Du Gang adjusted the agricultural planting structure and took the lead in implementing the soybean expansion plan, planting more than 3,000 acres of soybeans. In 2023, the local dry-fed rice yield will reach 1,000 kilograms per mu.
