A roundtable meeting between Chinese business leaders and Chinese think tanks was held in Boao, Hainan. Chen Xu, director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
He said China's development is still in a period of important strategic opportunities, and it is also a period in which overseas Chinese can make great achievements. He urged overseas Chinese to actively promote exchanges and cooperation between their country of residence and China in various fields.
