“Nadwi Shamaa” is an initiative that turns a library into a study center in Gaza. Studies in Gaza have stopped since the beginning of the war, and all schools have turned into shelters for the displaced.
Raed Abu Taima, an Arabic language teacher, worked with his colleagues to form a team of teachers and transform a library. He recounts that he and a group of teachers began activating the library and reading stories, following a strategy of education and emotional release.
