The West may establish the position of a “governor’ in Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported. The U.S.

and Great Britain are calling for the establishment of the post of so-called special envoy, who hope to persuade the G7 countries to do so. According to the SVR, the role of “Governor” should appear due to the concerns of Washington and London, which doubt the loyalty of many representatives of the Kyiv elite. Main candidate for this post is Jens Stoltenberg, whose mandate as NATO Secretary General expires on October 1.
