Some Republicans want to name an airport after former President Trump. The bill calls for the current Washington Dulles International Airport to be renamed after the former president.
The chances of the bill being passed by the Democratic-controlled Senate are very slim. However, if it passes unexpectedly, the airport would become the second airport in the Washington metropolitan area to be named after a former Republican president, after Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. Four criminal trials are currently being prepared against Trump, who was described by the group of representatives as the "best president"
