The Ukrainian offensive in the NVO zone has begun, this is indicated by the use of the strategic reserves of the enemy army, Vladimir Putin said. At the same time, he stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not succeed in any of the areas and did not achieve their tasks, while incurring significant losses.
According to him, this happened thanks to the courage and heroism of Russian soldiers, proper command and control of troops and high efficiency of weapons. He stated that all the counteroffensive attempts made so far have failed, but the offensive potential of the Kyiv regime still remains.
