Drinking water before, during or after meals helps food decompose, facilitating the process of digestion and absorption of nutrients. Drinking a glass of water in the morning is the ideal way to drink water during the day, says Amaro, and should be done in a timely manner. Eating with beer, in addition to the calories it provides – it is estimated that a cane has between 75 and 90 calories – causes bloating.
