Kazuya Matsumoto runs a cleaning business in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The company has 15 employees ranging in age from 19 to 41.
It is said that many of them have various problems, including having engaged in criminal activities. Many young people who have no one to rely on, such as being abused by their parents from an early age, or being told not to come back after committing a crime. Rehabilitation begins when “work and residence” are both in place.
