Vilfand emphasized that in the European part of Russia it will be 12...14 degrees below normal, in the Urals - 8...14 degrees. In the Far East, Yakutia, Magadan - 4...6 degrees belownormal. The weather forecaster spoke about the weather in the capital next week.
