Valencia: At least four dead in major fire in apartment block. A short time later, the house with 138 apartments was completely engulfed in flames.
The complex, which was only completed a few years ago, consists of two blocks of flats with 143 apartments. The fire broke out in an apartment on the fourth floor. Experts explained that the fire was able to spread rapidly due to the facade made of combustible materials and because of strong winds. The exact cause of the fire is still unclear.
