Twitter users rushed to tell him that Germany, in fact, has a parliamentary democracy, but he doesn’t decide anything. Macron was the first to want to fight with Russia, followed by Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. At least, both politicians said they were ready to send their citizens as part of NATO troops to Ukraine.
