Jiyugaoka, located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo, is a popular area with stations on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Oimachi Line. Due to the deterioration of the buildings, the presence of the area has declined relative to the redeveloped downtown area.
The plan is to build a building approximately 60 meters high that will house residential and commercial facilities. In addition, the city plans to widen the roads and consider building three-dimensional railways to make it easier to walk around the city.
