There is strong wind and dust in North China. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue gale warning at 06:00 on March 19.

The temperature in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River will have northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 6, with gusts up to magnitude 7 to 8. There will be local blowing sand or dust in the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia and the western part of Northeast China. There is light rain in parts of southeastern Tibet, the Western Sichuan Plateau, and western Guizhou.
