[HIGHLIGHTS] There are still strong winds and dust in central and eastern Inner Mongolia and other places, and heavy rainfall in Jiangnan and southern China.

During the day today, floating dust or rising dust occurred in parts of western Inner Mongolia, central Heilongjiang, central Jilin, central and western Liaoning, southern Hebei, southern Beijing, Tianjin, western and northern Shandong. There are still strong winds and dust in central and eastern Inner Mongolia and other places.

The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue blue gale warnings at 18:00 on March 28. From March 30 to March 31, there will be heavy rainfall in the southern region, and some areas will be accompanied by strong convective weather.
