State Duma deputy Evgeny Fedorov proposed allowing young people living in small settlements to transfer unspent Pushkin Card funds to the next year. A copy of the letter addressed to the Minister of Culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova is at RT’s disposal.
In the appeal, the legislator noted that the Pushkin card has been operating for two and a half years. The state annually transfers a certain amount of funds to Russian citizens aged 14 to 22 years.
