The smallest festivals in Spain become big: the importance of culture in towns. 31 festivals, 17 cultural and creation spaces and nine traveling programs make up "the best of culture" in rural environments.
The proposals become as varied and heterogeneous as their territories. "Many times they are places that are not explored, that function like a blank map," says Lucía Camón, co-founder of Pueblos en Arte. "In the rural environment we can start paths that aren't the usual ones," says Ignacio Somovilla.
