The Israeli occupation forces attacked journalists at the entrance to the Qalandia camp, north of the occupied city of Jerusalem. The forces fired a number of smoke bombs and bullets at Al-Jazeera correspondent Guevara Al-Badiri and the crews who were covering an operation carried out by the occupation in the camp.

The journalists appeared to be fleeing from the gas bombs - which were filling the place - even though they were wearing work jackets. The Al Jazeera correspondent was having difficulty following her intervention due to suffocation.
