Hui Opera, formerly known as Hui Diao, is one of the main local operas in Anhui. It has a history of more than 300 years.

Hui opera performances allow tourists at home and abroad to "immerse" the flavor of the ancient Huizhou New Year. In 2018, Huangshan City implemented the "Anhui Opera Revitalization Project" and cooperated with anhui Art Vocational College to set up a five-year college-level Hui Opera inheritance orientation class.
