The Museum of Romanticism publicly displays Goya's La Piedad, his centenary gift. The painting is an early work that Goya painted during his time in Zaragoza.

It joins the other canvas by the Aragonese artist in the Romantic Museum, San Gregorio Magno, Papa. The Pietà had until now only been seen in public in an exhibition held in 2015 at the Goya Museum of Ibercaja in Zaragos. The piety can be seen now and will remain until May 19 in the Meeting Room (Room XXV)
