The lawyer for the patients affected by the toxic eye drops 'Ala Octa': "I don't want to think that the Prosecutor's complaint tries to evade the responsibility of Health" Carlos Gómez-Menchaca's office has handled almost a hundred people affected by Ala Octa (perfluoroctane) in different autonomous communities. The majority of patients have already been compensated by the autonomies with sentences from their regional courts.

Aemps assured that the affected people are "125, in 28 health centers" and that "the list is public"
