Andrei Petrov, artistic director and founder of the Kremlin Ballet Theater, died. The information appeared on the official page of the theater in social networks.

Petrov graduated from the Moscow Choreographic School in 1965, after which he devoted 20 years of his life to the stage of the academic Bolshoi Theater of the USSR. Earlier, composer Alexei Muravlev, who composed music for the song "Am I to blame", died. His death was announced by the State Kremlin Palace in a statement.
