[HIGHLIGHTS] The cold wave continues to affect the central and eastern parts of my country. There will be widespread rain, snow and freezing weather in the central and eastern regions of China.

Most of central and eastern my country will experience cooling from north to south from February 20 to February 23. The daily average or minimum temperature generally drops by 8 to 12°C.

There will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 to 10 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, and most of the Yellow Sea. Around February 23, the minimum temperature line of 0°C will press southward from southern Jiangsu and Anhui to southern Hunan and southern Guizhou.
