The Jinzhong City Urban Administration of Shanxi Province led the promotion of the Longcheng Water System Project to illegally encroach on 2021.10 mu of cultivated land, excavate river channels and build landscape facilities. In previous years, inspectors were slow to rectify problems.
The Deputy Secretary-General in charge of the Shanxi Provincial Government spoke on behalf of the provincial government, saying that he would deeply learn lessons, examine his own problems, strengthen provincial-level coordination, consolidate the responsibility for rectification and reform.
