Shi Shujuan, who was born in 1988, is currently the branch secretary and director of Shihugou Village. She is the youngest female village branch secretary among the 189 administrative villages in Kuandian area.

She has won the 2017 Liaoning Province Rural Science and Technology Rich Female Expert, the 2022 "Liaoning Good Person", and the 2022 Liaoning Good person Honorary titles. She was honored to become one of 300 national March 8th Red Flag Bearer.
