Qiu Yiwan, 66, is the chef of the "Liangshu Youqian" Taiwanese restaurant in Guiyang. The menu includes Buddha Jumping over the Wall and Dried Bamboo Shoots and Braised Pork.

He hopes that the food he cooks can soothe the "stomach nostalgia" of Taiwan compatriots, and allow mainland compatriots to taste a different New Year's Eve dinner. For him, food is not only for filling the stomach, but also an expression of emotion.
