Federal Prosecutor's Office accuses the nine defendants of being members of a terrorist organization or of having supported it. The aim of the unification was to forcibly eliminate the existing state order in Germany and to replace it with its own form of government that had already been largely developed. According to the allegations, the group is said to have planned and specifically prepared a coup from August 2021.
