Four boys aged 12 to 14 arrested in Rochdale, England, on suspicion of rape. Police say they were alerted to a sexual offense at around 6 p.m.
on Saturday. The victim is said to be a young female; the exact age is not yet known. The crime scene has been cordoned off for the time being; an investigation is underway. In 2012, a group of 12 men abused at least 47 underage girls in the town. The defendants were sentenced to prison sentences of between 4 and 19 years.
