A kangaroo that escaped in northern Saarland on Monday is back with its owner. The owner in Wadern lured the animal and then caught it.
A 40-year-old driver observed it in front of her car on a street on Monday morning. Because the woman assumed that no one would believe her observation, she photographed the animal. A search for the kangaroos was initially unsuccessful, the police said. The animal was captured less than 24 hours after it escaped.
