Since Monday he has been in a branch of the Landsberg am Lech correctional facility (JVA), in Rothenfeld in Andechs, the JVA confirmed on Tuesday. The prominent restaurateur took action against it, but without success. Last August he finally had to begin his imprisonment in Landsberg prison.
