Sanming, Fujian: Campus-school cooperation makes childcare services more accessible. Sanming Medical Science and Technology Vocational College and Qinqin Kangaroo daycare institutions worked closely together to establish the province's first on-campus daycare park and daycare teaching park in July 2023.
The nursery covers an area of 1,200 square meters and has 150 nursery spaces. Currently, the park enrolls 25 children of college faculty and staff. "Employers should play a leading role in childcare services," said Yu Huiwen, chairman of the union of the college.
