Researchers catch the "real culprit" of morel fungal disease. Pathogenic fungi are the main pathogenic microorganisms of bulk edible fungi such as Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Enoki mushrooms and fungus.

133 species; 1 new family (Morchellaceae), 1 new genus (Morchella), and 1 new species of the order Hypocartes identified. First report on Morchella 4 new pathogenic fungi: Cylindromyces alicantei, Chrysosporium parasitica, Pink Trichothecenea.
