Reinhold Messner receives his dead brother's second shoe. Günther Messner died during an expedition to the 8,125 meter high Nanga Parbat in the Himalayas.
According to Messner, a bone was discovered at an altitude of 4,300 meters in 2004. The second shoe was found not far from where the incident occurred, as can be heard in the Instagram video. The location of the second shoe finally refutes the conspiracy theories, said Messner.
